Insurance and Billing
Our office is happy to bill your insurance company for payment under their guidelines. However, most dental insurance plans pay only a portion of your treatment. Please note: We will assist you to the best of our ability in handling insurance claims. However, it is the responsibility of the patient to provide correct and current insurance information to our office prior to any visits in order for us to successfully process claims. We urge you to be fully aware of any changes in insurance, the policies, restrictions and provisions of your dental benefits and co-payment policy. It is important for you to know that our professional services are rendered and charged directly to you - not an insurance company. We work for our patients, not their insurance policy.
While we are not affiliated with any managed care plans, we are considered "in network" or 'preferred" with several major insurance companies. We are contracted with the following companies: Delta Dental, United Concordia, Metlife and United Healthcare. While you may have a plan under one of these companies, dental policies can be a bit tricky to navigate. Please confirm with your particular benefit plan that you can either see the provider of your choice, or that our doctors are listed under your plan.
We accept checks, cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express as well any health savings accounts.
